Why do you say color may vary?

Colors may vary due to computer monitors or mobile devices displaying colors differently. Another way colors can vary has to do with the material and process in which it is dyed. We try extremely hard to ensure our photos are as true to color as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor or mobile device.

What does small, medium, and large refer to for the earrings?

The sizes small, medium, and large refer to the size cord that was used to make the earrings. The small size uses around a 1mm cord. While large uses a 3mm cord. This changes the size of the knots. Smaller cord means smaller knots which results in a smaller earring. They can be the same design, but the overall size will be different.

Do the earring backs have nickel?

No. All of our earrings are nickel free.

Do you take custom orders?

Some items can be made to order. To find out if an item is customizable, complete the Special Order form with the item name and what you would like customized. We look forward to hearing from you!
